Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You may receive recurring messages, including marketing promotions, service updates, or transactional alerts.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may also opt out by contacting us at placeholder@idahoasr.com.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier’s plan. ASR LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred.

Privacy

Your mobile number and related information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.idahoasr.com/privacy/. We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

Content

Messages may include promotional offers, alerts, or other business-related communications. ASR LLC reserves the right to modify message content or frequency at any time.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
